Tennis is the cornerstone of Upper Ridgewood and the driving force behind our reputation as Northern New Jersey’s premier racquet sports club. Our 15 beautiful Har-Tru courts—six of them lighted for evening play—are meticulously maintained, always in exceptional condition, and serve as home to many of the area’s top players.

URTC offers endless opportunities to play, improve, and compete for every age and skill level. Members enjoy pickup games, league play, private lessons, clinics, drills, cardio tennis, ladders, tournaments, and more—creating a dynamic tennis experience for everyone from beginners to elite competitors.

Upper Ridgewood is also proud to offer extensive junior programming, with opportunities for every stage of development—from young beginners first learning the game to advanced junior players and high school competitors looking to sharpen their skills and elevate their performance.
